01. Using Cinel
You may use Cinel only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and the rules of the services that help power the product. You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and the outputs you choose to use or share. Do not use Cinel to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive material, or to interfere with the service or other users.
02. Your content and outputs
You keep the rights you hold in the prompts, reference images, and other materials you submit. Subject to your compliance with these terms and any applicable provider terms, you may use generated outputs for your own lawful purposes. AI outputs can be similar across users and may contain errors or unexpected results; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.
03. Accounts, plans, and credits
Some features require an account, a subscription, or credits. You must provide accurate account and payment information and keep it current. Paid plans and credit packs are governed by the price and billing terms shown at checkout. Credits are product access units, are not money or stored value, and may be subject to expiration, plan limits, or changes disclosed in the product or at purchase.
04. Availability and changes
Cinel is an evolving online service. Features, models, pricing, availability, and limits may change as we improve the product or respond to provider, security, or legal requirements. We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
05. Disclaimers and liability
Cinel is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service or any output will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims. To the extent permitted by law, Cinel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
