01. Using Cinel
Cinel is not directed to children under 13. By using generation features, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may use Cinel only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and the rules of the services that help power the product. You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and the outputs you choose to use or share. Do not use Cinel to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive material, or to interfere with the service or other users.
The party that provides a paid Service is the legal entity identified on the applicable checkout page or order receipt. Your use of Cinel is also subject to the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
02. Acceptable use, content rules, and safety
To protect users, providers, and the public, you may not use Cinel to create, upload, edit, store, publish, or share content that is prohibited by these terms or applicable law.
The full Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, reference image, generated image, and video. Cinel expressly prohibits these six categories:
- Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, nudity intended to be sexualized, or sexualized depictions;
- Violence or gore: graphic injury, blood, torture, glorification of violence, or instructions that facilitate violent wrongdoing;
- Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites violence against a protected group;
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): or any sexual, exploitative, or dangerous content involving a minor or an age-ambiguous person;
- Deepfakes or impersonation: non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive synthetic media, or use of a real person’s identity without authorization;
- Copyright or trademark infringement: content that violates another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
We also prohibit terrorism or extremist propaganda, instructions for weapons or malware, fraud, harassment, self-harm encouragement, impersonation of a professional, bulk spam, and attempts to bypass or manipulate Cinel or a provider’s safety controls.
Cinel applies automated prompt checks and provider safety filters. A request may be refused before generation, blocked by a provider, or removed after generation when a safety, legal, or abuse risk is identified. Safety decisions may be automated and may be reviewed by authorized personnel where necessary.
To report a suspected violation, send the content URL or task ID, a short description, and any relevant context to support@cinel.ai with the subject “Content report”. We keep reports confidential where practicable and do not require you to share more personal information than is needed to investigate.
03. People, likeness, and consent
You may submit an image, name, voice, likeness, or other identifying material only when you have the rights, permission, and lawful basis required to use it for the requested generation.
- Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized edits, or humiliating depictions of another person.
- Do not use a real person's likeness, voice, biometric data, or identity to impersonate, defraud, harass, or mislead others.
- Do not create deepfakes or misleading synthetic media involving a real person without that person's authorization and appropriate disclosure.
- Do not upload or generate sexual, exploitative, or dangerous content involving minors.
04. Your content and outputs
You keep the rights you hold in the prompts, reference images, and other materials you submit. You grant Cinel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material solely to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service for you. This license ends when the material is deleted from our systems, except where a longer retention period is required under the Privacy Policy or applicable law.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, applicable provider terms, and the rights of others, you may use generated outputs for your own lawful purposes. AI outputs can be similar across users and may contain errors, unexpected results, or third-party material; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.
05. Accounts, plans, and credits
Some features require an account, a subscription, or credits. You must provide accurate account and payment information and keep it current. Paid plans and credit packs are governed by the price and billing terms shown at checkout. Memberships renew automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval until cancelled through the account billing portal. Credits are product access units, are not money or stored value. Membership credits are issued monthly, expire at the end of their monthly allowance period, and do not roll over. One-time credit packs do not expire unless a different period is shown at checkout; unused pack credits remain available after membership cancellation. Prices, plans, and included credits may change for a future billing period. We will give notice where required by law; changes do not alter a completed one-time credit-pack purchase.
06. Third-party providers and model limits
Cinel routes requests through third-party providers and infrastructure. Their content policies, regional restrictions, availability, and technical limits also apply. A provider may reject a request even when Cinel has accepted it, and Cinel may change or disable a model route in response to provider, safety, legal, or operational requirements.
07. Billing, refunds, and enforcement
Membership cancellation. You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time from Account Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains available through the already-paid billing period unless the payment provider or applicable law requires an earlier end date.
Refund policy. Cinel provides digital services and delivers credits immediately, so refunds are limited to the cases below. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory right.
- A first membership purchase may be refunded in full when requested within 7 days and no more than 10% of that membership period’s credits have been used.
- An unused one-time credit pack may be refunded in full when requested within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable.
- Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded in full. A paid generation that fails or is blocked after credits were reserved is automatically credited back where the task record shows the failure.
- A material Cinel-caused outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours may qualify for a pro-rata refund or service extension.
To request a refund, email support@cinel.ai within the applicable window. Include your account email, transaction or receipt ID, purchase date, and reason. We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days and process an approved refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before starting a payment dispute. We will acknowledge a billing inquiry within 2 business days and work to resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days where practicable.
Refunds are generally unavailable for used credits, requests outside the stated windows, payment disputes caused by a user’s bank or card, or accounts suspended/terminated for fraud, abuse, or policy violations, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may refuse, pause, remove, or restrict content and generation tasks that violate these terms or create safety, legal, security, or abuse risks. We may also limit features, require additional verification, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests or investigations.
A request blocked before provider dispatch is not charged. Repeated or deliberate attempts to bypass safety controls may be ineligible for refunds.
08. Availability and changes
Cinel is an evolving online service. Features, models, pricing, availability, and limits may change as we improve the product or respond to provider, security, or legal requirements. We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
09. Disclaimers and liability
Cinel is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service or any output will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims. To the extent permitted by law, Cinel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinel’s total liability for a claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, a material breach of these terms, or where required to comply with law. If we permanently discontinue a paid Service for reasons other than your breach, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a pro-rata refund or service credit.
We may revise these terms from time to time and will give at least 15 days’ notice of a material change where practicable. Continuing to use Cinel after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement concerning the Service.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the legal entity identified on your order receipt is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal proceeding, please email support@cinel.ai so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or other non-waivable right.
12. Questions about these terms
If you have questions about these terms, billing, refunds, or a content report, contact us at support@cinel.ai.
