Chiaroscuro means letting most of the frame fall into darkness, and this prompt commits to it: one sharp diagonal beam lights only the high points of cheekbone, nose and lips, while the rest of the face and background sink into deep shadow. Her gaze goes up and to the right, into the light, which makes the eyes catch a bright reflection.
